HebronGuide (the "Service") is a digital hospitality platform for Korean immigrants, expatriates, and visitors, operated by Hebron Platform LLC (the "Company").

These Terms govern users' rights, obligations, and responsibilities when using the HebronGuide service.

General information browsing is available free of charge to all users.

Registration as a partner church or business requires a separate application and is subject to review and approval by the Company.

By accessing or using the service, users agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

· Accuracy of Information — Users must provide truthful information. Submission of false information may result in rejection or removal.

· Keeping Information Current — Users must promptly notify the Company of any changes to listed information.

· Legal Compliance — Users must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

· Respect for Others' Rights — Users must not infringe upon personal data rights, intellectual property rights, or reputation of others.

· Non-Commercial Use — No unauthorized commercial use of service content without prior written consent.

· Service Modifications — The Company may modify service content with prior notice.

· Temporary Suspension — Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, outages, or emergencies.

· Service Termination — At least 30 days' advance notice will be posted on the website.

HebronGuide makes reasonable efforts to verify accuracy but does not warrant that all information is complete or error-free.

· The Company is not liable for the accuracy or currency of listed businesses, churches, or local information.

· The Company is not liable for damages arising from reliance on service information.

· The Company is not liable for disputes between users or between users and third parties.

· The Company is not liable for force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, hacking, or infrastructure failures.

All logos, designs, text, software, and other content comprising HebronGuide are the intellectual property of Hebron Platform LLC.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Content submitted by partner churches and businesses remains their intellectual property. The Company uses such content solely for service operation and display.

To report copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512), email hebronplatform@gmail.com with all of the following:

(1) Signature of the rights owner or authorized agent; (2) Identification of the copyrighted work; (3) URL of the infringing content; (4) Your contact information; (5) A good-faith belief statement that the use is not authorized; (6) A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

The arbitration provision in Article 8 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C.).

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the website at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must discontinue use and may request removal of your partner listing.

In case of conflict between the Korean and English versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
